CD disc
For our CD disc we decided to have it quite plain and simple because the background is so detailed and eye catching. We had the initial idea of having #HARD going through the middle of the disc with the centre whole covering the A. Then underneath there would be ISLA in smaller black writing. For the Cd to look proffessional we added all of the small print information that we found to be on other CD's. We then decided that this CD disc was not as successful as it could be so we decided to make some alterations to our original design.
- Moving the #HARD from the centre to slightly above the centre point.
- Placing the 'ISLA' directly underneath but still above the centre.
Spine
The spine is a very small part of our digipak that will still need to match the rest of the CD case. Which is red white and black. The key information that needs to be included on our spine is the name of the albbum and the artist.
An idea that we came up with after this was to have the artist's signature at the top end of the spine in black writing.
